Refund Policy
Customers seeking a refund must do so prior to the commencement of the project. If however notice comes after the commencement of the job a value will be made for tasks completed and customer will be refunded the difference if any. Consultation fee will always be deducted from any refund requested. This amount will be indicated prior to customers making their initial payment.
Refund of fees paid for appointments – request for cancellation and refund must be made a minimum of 12 hours before appointment.
Please note fees paid over to third parties on behalf of the customer for service(s) rendered will be subjected to the refund policy of those parties.
All refunds will be processed within 10 – 15 business days.
